What is covered?

Our warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Movement failures due to internal components.

What is not covered?

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading, strap aging).
  • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or improper care.
  • Water damage caused by improper handling outside the recommended water resistance levels.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

How to claim your warranty?

  1. Contact our customer service at support@vaniteparis.com.
  2. Provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt).
  3. Describe the issue with your watch in detail.
  4. Ship the watch to our service center (instructions will be provided).

Repair or Replacement

If your watch is covered under warranty, we will repair it free of charge or replace it with an equivalent model if necessary.
